Gambling machines, computers destroyed via e-waste methods

KOTA KINABALU: More than a quarter million ringgit worth of cyber gambling machines including computer sets were destroyed using environment-friendly methods on Thursday (Oct 18).

Kota Kinabalu police chief Asst Comm Habibi Majinji said the items totalling 1,380 pieces were seized between 2002 and 2014.
