KUALA LUMPUR: Lim Guan Eng (pic) should be named the 'best finance minister in the world' for claiming the economy has been restored within just four months of Pakatan Harapan taking over the federal government, says Umno youth chief Datuk Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki.
He said the Finance Minister once claimed the country was going bankrupt but later made a U-turn and said the economy had returned to normal.
