SEREMBAN: Negri Sembilan Pakatan Harapan is targeting a voter turnout of at least 60% for the soon-to-be-called Port Dickson by-election to ensure a comfortable victory for Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

State Pakatan chief Aminuddin Harun said this was important as the voter turnout at the three recent by-elections in Sg Kandis, Balakong and Seri Setia had been low.
