F&B operators to enjoy two SST exemptions, says Finance Minister

Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng(filepic) said the information counters would operate every week, from Monday to Friday at 9 am till 1 pm.

GEORGE TOWN (Bernama): The government will provide Sales and Services Tax (SST) exemptions involving the rental of small stalls and sale of cigarettes to food and beverages shop operators.

Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said after receiving various feedback from restaurant owners and food stall traders, the SST tax exemption should be given to rental of small stalls within the shop's compound.
