Sabah CM: Migrant issue is complex and needs frank discussions

KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah government hopes to discuss the complex, decades-old subject of migrant in the state frankly and thoroughly to solve the festering political issue.

“There are a lot of complexities in Sabah. We have to thrash it out to resolve it,” Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal told reporters after launching the Merdeka Day celebrations by the Sutera Harbour Resort here Thursday (Aug 16).
