Parliament agrees to reopen PAC and Auditor-General probes into 1MDB

KUALA LUMPUR: Parliament has agreed for the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and Auditor-General to open fresh investigations into the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal.

The motion to reopen investigations was tabled by Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng and was passed after heated debate.
