RM24mil ring making its rounds again

PETALING JAYA: The RM24mil diamond ring allegedly purchased by the former prime minister’s wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor in 2011 is back in the news after a video emerged showing Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohamed (pic) claiming that it was disgruntled Customs Department officers who had sparked the controversy by leaking information about it.

In the undated video uploaded two weeks ago on YouTube, the former Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief was seen giving a speech when he made the claim about Rosmah and the controversial ring.
