Muhyiddin returns home after month-long treatment in Singapore


PETALING JAYA: Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin is back in Malaysia on Sunday (Aug 12) after spending one month in Singapore.

The Home Minister was recovering in the island republic after undergoing operation to extract a pancreatic tumour, which was detected at an early stage.

A picture of Muhyiddin was posted on the Facebook page of his press secretary, Hafiz Abdul Halim with a two-word caption: "He's back!" 

Muhyiddin will take his oath as Pagoh MP at the Dewan Rakyat on Tuesday (Aug 14) and he will also be attending a few meetings. However, his official duties will be limited.
