Khairy concedes defeat to Zahid in Umno presidential race

PETALING JAYA: Umno presidential candidate Khairy Jamaluddin has conceeded defeat to Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

In a series of tweets that was interrupted at one point after Argentina scored a goal against France in the World Cup, Khairy thanked party delegates for embracing democracy in the party.
