Source: Not true that many can't afford bank guarantee to bid for Health Ministry tenders

KUALA LUMPUR: A source has refuted a tendering agent's claims that not many companies can afford the bank guarantee in order to participate in the tender process for medical supplies to the Health Ministry.

This whistleblower also alleged that tendering agents are in fact rigging the tender process.
