KUCHING: The Stampin parliamentary seat will see a straight fight between two heavyweights, Sarawak United People's Party (SUPP) president Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian for Barisan Nasional and state DAP chairman Chong Chieng Jen.
Returning officer Elizabeth Loh announced their candidacies at 11.15am. Both candidates smiled as they shook hands after the announcement.
