KOTA KINABALU: A man has been sentenced to 40 years jail and 20 strokes of the rotan for raping his stepdaughter at a house in Menggatal.
Sessions Court judge Ainul Shahrin Mohamad meted out the sentence on Tuesday after the 45-year-old man pleaded guilty to two charges under Section 376(3) of the Penal Code.
