IPOH: Five Ungku Omar polytechnic students escaped in the nick of time when a fire broke out at their rented terrace house in Taman Cempaka near here.
During the 3.50pm incident Thursday (March 8), the students were relaxing in the living room of their double storey house when they noticed a burning smell.
