Namewee released from remand

KUALA LUMPUR: Rapper Namewee (pic) has been released after his four-day remand ended on Monday.

His release was confirmed by Dang Wangi CID chief Deputy Supt M. Gunalan who said the rapper was freed on police bail at around 1pm at Dang Wangi police headquarters.
