GEORGE TOWN: Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has maintained that a change of shareholders in the special purpose vehicle (SPV) will not affect the viability of the undersea tunnel project.
In a video on Facebook, Lim said the composition of the shareholders would not affect the project as they were not the main contractors of the tunnel.
