KOTA KINABALU: Strong winds and wet weather were felt in coastal areas of Sabah as Typhoon Tembin left a trail of death and destruction in the southern Philippines.
"We will still be getting some strong winds and rains in coastal areas, but it would not be from the tail-end of the typhoon," a spokesman for the Meteorological Department here said on Sunday (Dec 24).
