GEORGE TOWN: A 38-year-old single mother was arrested for allegedly stealing RM30,000 worth of valuables from worshippers at a mosque and surau here for almost a year.

Police said the woman, who has four children, has been remanded until Friday (Nov 24) after she was caught near the Al Malik Khalid Mosque in Universiti Sains Malaysia at 6pm on Tuesday (Nov 21).
