KUALA LUMPUR: The "Datuk Seri" implicated in an assault case involving three People's Voluntary Corps (Rela) personnel has tested positive for drugs and has a prior record for a similar offence, says Tan Sri Noor Rashid Ibrahim.
The Deputy Inspector-General of Police said that Nicky Liow, (pic) a 29-year-old businessman, had a police record for drug consumption.
