Shafie arrives in Parliament for first time after release from MACC remand

KUALA LUMPUR: Parti Warisan Sabah president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal has claimed that the corruption allegations levelled against him and his party colleagues were "politically motivated".

Shafie, who arrived in Parliament for the first time since his release from an eight-day remand under the detention of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission last Friday (Oct 27), said this when asked if the probe targeted Warisan leaders.
