Singer Faizal Tahir makes surprise appearance at Asean Para Games torch ceremony

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian contingent of the Asean Para Games was singing aloud to the Games theme song Gemuruh Jiwa when the music suddenly stopped after the first few lines.

What was initially thought to be a technical glitch turned out to be a huge surprise for the Malaysian athletes, as the song came back on and the doors to the hall burst open to reveal Gemuruh Jiwa singer Faizal Tahir.
