BAHAU: The disbursement of funds to Chinese schools was delayed due to an appeal by MCA for a higher allocation, says Datuk Chong Sin Woon.
The Deputy Education Minister said the Treasury had last August allocated RM16.5mil for Chinese primary schools and RM3mil for the secondary schools.
