KUALA LUMPUR: With 19% of its pupils made up of other races, Chinese education needs to be upgraded to cater to the needs of Malaysia’s multi-ethnic society, said MCA.
Its deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said it was not only the Chinese who were sending their children to Chinese vernacular schools.
