Students and teachers piece together largest ‘bai jia bei’


IPOH: SMJK Sam Tet has once again entered the Malaysia Book of Re­cords (MBR), this time for the largest bai jia bei or “100 good wishes quilt” ever made in the country.

Project designer Kang Chian Hong said the school wanted to create awareness on the quilt, which is part of the traditional Chinese culture.
