GEORGE TOWN: A Datuk managing director of a property development company and his female employee have been remanded for four days for allegedly falsifying the sales and purchase agreements of 20 unsold bumiputra-quota units of a condominium in Batu Ferringhi.
This was allegedly done to reduce the amount of payment to the Penang government for the release of the units.
