KUALA TERENGGANU: About 250,000 people nationwide have benefitted from the “Umno Helps the People” programme organised by its welfare bureau (BiKUM).
BiKUM chairman Datuk Dr Shamsul Anuar Nasarah said a post-mortem on the programme, which was launched on May 19, would be carried out to gauge its effectiveness.
