TANAH MERAH: Four people were killed when two cars collided head-on at the 89th kilometre mark of Jalan Kota Baru-Machang-Jeli in Batang Merbau here.

The dead were the driver of a Nissan Bluebird, Mohd Roza Ismail, 38, and three others who were in a Proton Saga, namely Muhamad Saiful Sidik, 17, Paridah Ismail, 54, and Nur Assyifa Muhamad Shaharil, three.
