SPAD: Inefficiency, rudeness and stinky cabs the main complaints about local taxis

KUALA LUMPUR: Inefficient and rude cabbies and stinky cabs are among the top complaints from passengers.

Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) chairman Tan Sri Dr Syed Hamid Albar urged cabbies to improve and provide better service to customers.
