Envelope with Wisma Putra stamp delivered to North Korean Embassy

A stamp from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was seen on the envelope.

KUALA LUMPUR: The North Korean Embassy here received an envelope which has the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stamp on it.

An unidentified man clad in casual clothes arrived at the embassy gates on Saturday and handed the envelope to an official from the embassy.
