AG Report: Debtors owe Perda Ventures RM8.58mil due to poor credit management


PETALING JAYA: Poor credit management is the reason why Perda Ventures Incorporated Sdn Bhd's (PVI) has debtors that owe it a total of RM8.58mil as of April 30, 2016.

According to the Auditor-General's Report (Series 2), PVI has yet to receive RM2.16mil owed to them since 2013 by GDW Mengkuang Sdn Bhd and an additional RM4.93mil from GDW Mengkuang Sdn Bhd and Sempadan Seloka Sdn Bhd for the Taman Perda Indah Project housing sales since 2011.
