Sand mining royalties boom in Perak

IPOH: The state government received a staggering RM27mil in royalties from sand mining activities this year. This is 57 times more than the amount received in 2014.

Perak executive council member Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon (BN-Chenderiang) said the state only received RM479,000 two years ago.
