KOTA BARU: Kelantan Mentri Besar Datuk Ahmad Yakob heads a list of recipients of the state awards and medals in conjunction with the Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad V's 47th birthday Saturday.
In the investiture ceremony held at Istana Balai Besar here, Ahmad was conferred the state award from Sultan Muhammad V which carries the title "Datuk Bentara Kanan".
