PETALING JAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has congratulated Republican Donald Trump on winning the United States presidential election against all odds.
In a statement on Wednesday, Najib said Trump was considered an outsider when he first announced his candidacy but has gone on to prove doubters wrong by winning the Republican nomination and the presidency.
