JOHOR BARU: Barely 24 hours after Tuesday’s disaster, Hospital Sultanah Aminah (HSA) was the scene of another drama when an electrical spark caused smoke to engulf an operating theatre.
No one was injured in the 1.50pm incident at the emergency and trauma ward located on the first floor but it caused panic among patients and staff.
