Budget 2017: B40 group has fastest income growth

PETALING JAYA: The B40 group has the fastest growth in income compared with other income groups, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

"Khazanah Research Institute's report indicates that the B40 household income has the fastest growth in income compared to the M40 and T20. B40 refers to the bottom 40% of households with monthly income RM3,900 and below," said Najib in his Budget 2017 speech in the Dewan Rakyat Friday.
