Thais to fly flags half-mast for one month, officials to wear black for a year


BANGKOK: The Thai PM’s Office announced that government agencies nationwide were ordered to fly flags half-mast for 30 days following the death of King Bhumibol Adulyadej on Thursday afternoon.

The statement said government officials will wear black for a year in mourning for the revered King who reigned for over 70 years.
