KUCHING: The proposed second National Consultative Council (NCC2) must have the right people sitting in it in order to serve its purpose, said Tan Sri James Masing (pic).
The Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) president said NCC2 will be just another organisation in Malaysia if its members are not able to address the nation's problems.
