PETALING JAYA: Samsung Malaysia is urging Galaxy Note 7 users to power down their devices and exchange them for new units under its replacement program as soon as possible.

In a statement on Sunday, Samsung said that although there had been only a small number of reported incidents, the company was taking great care to provide customers with necessary support.
