IPOH: Perak police have denied abusing two brothers who were arrested under the Prevention of Crime Act (Poca) in April.
State police chief Comm Datuk Seri Abdul Rahim Hanafi (pix) said Vikram Naidu, 17, and Letchumanan Naidu, 19, were not abused following their arrests and remand on April 20.
