GEORGE TOWN: The Sessions Court here has acquitted and discharged Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer (pic) of allegedly uttering seditious words at the Penang state assembly two years ago.
Sessions judge Ibrahim Osman held that the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case against Rayer at the end of its case.
