Mega projects just for show, claims CAP

GEORGE TOWN: Penang does not need light rail transit, mass rapid transit and monorail systems, said Consumers Associa-tion of Penang (CAP).

Labelling these as “monuments” meant to show off, CAP president S.M. Mohamed Idris said a good public bus network, trams and bicycles were good enough to reduce traffic congestions in the state.
