BENTONG: A "scratch and win" syndicate conned multiple victims of about RM350,000 before the long arm of the law caught up to its members.
Bentong OCPD Supt Mansor Mohd Nor said police got wind of the group after three victims came forward this month claiming they had been conned of RM217,000.
