SHAH ALAM: The Road Transport Department (JPJ) will not issue “express licences” at an upcoming motorsport event in the city.
Selangor JPJ director Nazli Md Taib said they would not be participating in the Go Motorsports Festival (GMMF) 2016 at Plaza Alam Sentral Shah Alam from May 4 to 8.
