KUALA TERENGGANU: Although his call for a no-confidence motion against the Mentri Besar was rejected, Datuk Seri Ahmad Said has stated that he will not quit the party in retaliation.
The former mentri besar had stunned the country years ago with a threat to leave the party, with two other Umno assemblymen, which would have cost Barisan Nasional to lose power in the state.
