BUTTERWORTH: Seven policemen have claimed trial in the Sessions Court to joint charges of soliciting and accepting bribes totalling RM17,000.
Six of them, from the narcotics division, allegedly asked for RM10,000 from one Ong Poo Huat on Jan 13 last year as an inducement to let him go after he was detained on suspicion of having heroin.
