KLANG: The citizens' declaration should focus on institutional reforms and not merely demand the removal of Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak as Prime Minister, says Klang MP Charles Santiago (pic).
He said he supported the declaration and called upon Klangites to back the initiative, however, he maintained that the declaration needed to be stronger.
