KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has dismissed an application by Raja Izuddin Iskandar Shah for leave to initiate judicial review proceedings over the Attorney-General's refusal to allow him to take action against the Sultan of Perak in the Special Court.
Raja Izuddin, 62, who is the son of the late Sultan Idris A'Fiffullah Shah, wants his title of Raja Kechil Besar Perak to be reinstated.
