Tony Pua files affidavit to continue challenge of travel ban


PETALING JAYA: PJ Utara MP Tony Pua (pic) has filed an affidavit challenging his 2015 travel ban, saying that he has not been called up by the police or charged in court with any offence.

"Around September 2015, I was summoned by the Royal Malaysian Police to their headquarters at Bukit Aman to give a statement as a witness. Ever since Sept 4, 2015 I have not been called up by the police or charged in court with any offence," said Pua.
