KUALA LUMPUR: Comm Datuk Seri Abdul Rahim Hanafi has been appointed the new Perak police chief, after four years leading Penang’s men in blue.
He is expected to take over from Comm Datuk Osman Salleh in Ipoh on Feb 13, when the latter retires from the force.
