JOHOR BARU: The state government will continue to maintain its policy that 40% of all development projects must be allocated for low-income groups and affordable home projects.
Mentri Besar Datuk Mohamed Khaled Nordin (pix) said that Johor's requirement was the highest in the country as the state was concerned about targetted groups owning homes, mainly in town areas.
