The government will still table a new law to regulate atomic activities next year even if it decides not to go ahead with nuclear power, said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Mah Siew Keong.
Mah said a more comprehensive law was needed to regulate atomic power as well as to create more comprehensive safety standards.
